"Priestesss 1: Omens" is the first Mourning After Pill song I ever finished, and thus the first song to appear on mp3.com. The sound is influenced by ominous dreams that I myself have had, featuring such elements as a stormy nighttime sea, crumbling ruins, vast wastelands and a sense of a whispering demonic presence nearby. Since this is the first song I completed, earlier mp3 versions of it were badly mastered and much too quiet. This has since been fixed for the album release.
