Biography
Anihkesh was created by the Nameless One prior to Enuzir's creation. Nonetheless the Goddess and God originally operated more or less as equals. During their argument re: what to do about the Daemons, Anihkesh was accidentally injured by Enuzir's magic when she tried to protect the Daemons from his wrath. As a result, she subsequently faded and vanished into the Astral Desert.
As Enuzir's megalomania grew, Anihkesh suffered dissociation, to the point that by the timeframe of the novel, she is barely aware even of her own existence. It doesn't help that Enuzir himself forgot her existence as he became increasingly preoccupied by his search for vengeance against the Nameless One. By the same token though, he is neither expecting nor watching that she might return.
